Allowing Pop-up windows with the Alexa Toolbar
Left-click the arrow on the far left of the Alexa Toolbar. Selection "Options" at the bottom of the list.
In the window that opens up, type "www.realtracs.net" into the Popup Manager section.
Click "Add".
When finished, click "Done".
