Allowing Pop-up windows with the Ask.com Toolbar
Click on the "PopSwatter" button on the Ask.com Toolbar. Select "Change Preferences".
On the left side of Internet Explorer, click the yellow ActiveX bar and select "Run ActiveX Control".
In the window that opens up, click "Run".
Again, on the left side of Internet Explorer, click the yellow ActiveX bar and select "Run ActiveX Control".
In the window that opens up, click "Run".
Under the "Safe List" tab, enter "www.realtracs.net" into the text box.
Click "Allow".
