Allowing Pop-up windows with the Comcast Toolbar
On the right side of the Comcast Toolbar, click on the yellow wrench. Select "Preferences".
Click on the "Website Inspector" tab.
In the first text box, enter "www.realtracs.net". Click the plus sign.
