Allowing Pop-up Windows in Realtracs |
||
| Many reports and features
found in the Realtracs system require that your
Internet browser (Internet Explorer, Safari, or other browser) be capable of displaying pop-up
windows. Pop-up blockers are handy tools that block, generally unwanted pop-up windows from websites you may visit. Pop-up blockers generally will block any and all pop-up windows they encounter and require feedback from you to determine what an allowable or acceptable site is. If you have a pop-up blocker program that you suspect may be blocking pop-ups, try to close blocker program manually. Then, try to access features in the RealTracs site that open in a new window, such as printing a listing detail sheet. If these reports now open for printing, you will have determined that the pop-up blocker was causing your problem. Please note: Multiple Pop-Up Blocking programs may be installed on
your PC. It may be necessary to check for the existence of more than one Pop-Up
Blocker program. If after checking for each program you are still unable
to access pop-up windows in Realtracs, you may want to contact our Helpdesk for
additional assistance to resolve your issue. Click on the link
