Allowing Pop-up Windows in Realtracs

Back to RealTracs.Com

Many reports and features found in the Realtracs system require that your Internet browser (Internet Explorer, Safari, or other browser) be capable of displaying pop-up windows.

Pop-up blockers are handy tools that block, generally unwanted pop-up windows from websites you may visit.  Pop-up blockers generally will block any and all pop-up windows they encounter and require feedback from you to determine what an allowable or acceptable site is.

If you have a pop-up blocker program that you suspect may be blocking pop-ups, try to close blocker program manually.  Then, try to access features in the RealTracs site that open in a new window, such as printing a listing detail sheet.  If these reports now open for printing, you will have determined that the pop-up blocker was causing your problem.

Please note: Multiple Pop-Up Blocking programs may be installed on your PC. It may be necessary to check for the existence of more than one Pop-Up Blocker program.  If after checking for each program you are still unable to access pop-up windows in Realtracs, you may want to  contact our Helpdesk for additional assistance to resolve your issue.  Click on the link below.
