Allowing Pop-up windows with the Viewpoint Toolbar
Locate and click on the Viewpoint "Pop-ups" button
From the menu of choices, choose "All pop-ups on this site"
Your "pop-ups" button should now have a green check mark over the white page, this signifies that the program is allowing pop-ups.
