Allowing Pop-up windows with the
Microsoft Windows XP Pop-Up Blocker

In Internet Explorer, go to Tools, choose Pop-Up Blocker, then Pop-Up Blocker Settings:

In the "Address of Web site to allow:" box, please enter www.realtracs.net then click Add

After clicking Add, you will see the address placed in "Allowed Sites" box, click "Close".
